How to Use
Take Oil No.9 during the day; you can split the daily dose of 1 ml (1 full dropper) into two doses of 0.5 ml each, taking them after breakfast (or simply in the morning) and after lunch (during the day). CBD is better absorbed after meals rich in fats.
Take Oil No.10 about 30 minutes before bedtime by dropping 1 dose (1 ml) directly under your tongue.
